There will be an informational meeting for players interested in JV/Varsity Volleyball this Sunday at the ParMar Golf Course starting at 7pm. Coaches will meet players and parents, talk about the summer camps schedule, as well as the schedule for next season. Please plan to attend!
Marion inducted new sophomore and juniors and the National Honor Society.
On April 30th, Marion High School 11th and 12th grade Anatomy and Physiology students went on a field trip to visit the Freeman Regional Hospital lab. In addition to learning about the different tests performed in the lab, Mr. Epp participated in the Avera Planet Heart screenings. Students were able to see how blood samples are tested as well as observe both CT and Ultrasound imaging. Through the imaging process, the students were able to see how the heart, blood vessels and other organs look. Thank you to Julie Crick and all of the FRHS staff that helped with this visit. We appreciate you providing this unique educational experience for our students!

The Phoenix Softball game vs. Wagner scheduled for 4:30 in Freeman has a new start time due to the weather forecast. Varsity will start at 3:30 and JV will follow.
What happens when you know exactly three things about a 427-year-old story? There is a feud, there is young, forbidden love, and there is a tragic ending. You use your critical thinking skills and everything you know about “what makes a good story” to attempt to predict the events of Romeo & Juliet! The freshmen did a great job today doing just that before they start reading the play tomorrow to wrap up their first year of high school English!

Last week, the 3rd grade class at Marion Schools wowed everyone with their Wax Museum projects. After weeks of hard work and preparation, their dedication truly paid off. Each student delivered a fantastic speech, bringing famous celebrities to life with creativity and confidence. There was no shortage of stars in Marion School last week—what a proud moment for our young learners!
